He has served as deputy director of Institute of Turbomachinery and Fluid Engineering, Deputy dean of School of Energy and Power, Director of Academic Affairs Office, Dean of Basic College (Nanhui Campus), Director of Educational Affairs and Research Department of Shanghai Publishing and Printing College, etc. He is the Director of Fluid Machinery and Engineering Research Institute and the leader of fluid machinery and engineering discipline.
