| The School currently has 90 staff members, including 23 Professors, 36 associate Professors, 18 of whom are doctoral supervisors, one academician (dual appointment), one person included in national "Millions of Talents Project", one person included in national "Thousands of Talents Project", one “National Model Teacher”, one “Shanghai Well-known Teacher”, two provincial and ministerial "Cross-century Discipline Leaders", two “Shanghai Shuguang Scholars”, four “Shanghai Pujiang Talents” and four “Shanghai Qimingxing Scholars”. The School has established a highly educated research team capable of high-level teaching, and a highly experienced and relatively stable "double-role" teacher team with scientific and reasonable structure in such aspects as titles, ages and education backgrounds, etc.
